Mowry Brook - Dept. of Public Works (Richard Baldelli)
Installation of a 6"  sub-drain located at Mowry Brook, approximately 20' off the edge of pavement beginning at a point located 80' southerly of Telephone Pole #5 and continuing 130' southerly in order to prevent icing onto the roadway.  

7:10            Request for Determination of Applicability
257 West Hill Rd. - New England Center for Children
To install a propane tank on a pad and a generator at the rear of the lot within 100 ft. of wetlands.

7:20            Notice of Intent
416 South St. - Brian Lydon
Proposes waste remediation in the Riverfront Area and Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

7:30            Notice of Intent  Continued to Sept. 17th at 7:00 p.m.
DiCenzo Blvd. and Settlers Ln. - Indian Development Corp.
Proposes to modify the existing detention basin to provide for more storage and TSS removal.  A portion of the proposed work will fall within the 100 ft. buffer of bordering vegetated wetlands.

·       Commonwealth of Mass.-Division of Capital Asset Management – David D. Opatka, (he will be present to talk to the Commission)  Project Manager, Office of Real Estate Management – RE:  To disclose the conditions and reasons for the transfer of 54.4+ acres of state owned land located in the City of Marlborough which was acquired by the Mass Dept. of Public Works for the construction of the I-290 and Rte 85 connector road interchange purposes and is being transferred to the Dept. of Fish and Game for open space and wildlife management uses.
·       Letter from Ft. Meadow Commission, Lee Thomson, dated August 20, 2009   RE: Approval of a weed control drawdown for fall and winter 2009.
